Its professional finish is designed to withstand scuffs and abrasions, while the robust grille protects the drivers from physical impact. Internal bracing further enhances structural integrity, minimizing unwanted resonances that could color the sound, guaranteeing a clean and powerful acoustic output.
Ergonomically designed for professional use, the SRX715 features a balanced weight distribution and conveniently placed handles, facilitating easier setup and transport for gigging musicians and sound engineers in Nairobi. Its sleek, understated aesthetic blends seamlessly into various professional settings, from modern concert halls to traditional event spaces. Weighing in at a manageable 22 kg, it offers a superior power-to-weight ratio compared to many competitors in its class, making it a practical choice for mobile DJ setups or touring bands looking for dependable sound without excessive bulk. This focus on user-friendly design makes it a pleasure to integrate into any existing PA speakers in Kenya setup.
At the heart of the JBL SRX715 Midrange Speaker - Professional PA System lies a powerful JBL 265F-1 15-inch Differential Drive® woofer, engineered for high output and low distortion. This driver is complemented by a 2414H-C 1-inch (25 mm) annular polymer diaphragm, constant directivity horn. The woofer's advanced magnetic structure and voice coil design contribute to its impressive frequency response, extending down to a solid 53 Hz (-10 dB), providing substantial low-frequency impact without the need for a separate subwoofer in many applications. This ensures that vocals and instruments are reproduced with exceptional clarity and full-bodied tone.
This sophisticated driver configuration ensures that the JBL SRX715 Midrange Speaker - Professional PA System delivers a remarkably smooth and consistent frequency response across its entire operational range, from 75 Hz to 20 kHz (±3 dB). The advanced waveguide design provides a precise 90° x 50° coverage pattern, ensuring that sound is directed effectively towards the audience with minimal spill or unwanted reflections in reverberant Nairobi venues. This controlled dispersion is crucial for maintaining intelligibility, especially in crowded event spaces or for speech reinforcement. For those looking to expand their audio capabilities, pairing these speakers with quality amplifiers in Nairobi is essential for unlocking their full potential.
The JBL SRX715 Midrange Speaker - Professional PA System features a 2414H-C 1-inch exit compression driver, utilizing a lightweight annular polymer diaphragm and a high-temperature voice coil. This design is optimized for superior transient response and extended high-frequency detail, ensuring that cymbals shimmer, vocals sparkle, and intricate musical passages are reproduced with stunning accuracy. The driver is coupled to a 90° x 50° constant directivity horn, meticulously engineered to provide uniform coverage across the intended listening area, minimizing off-axis coloration and ensuring every audience member experiences consistent sound quality.
With a peak power handling capacity of 1200 watts and a continuous power handling of 600 watts RMS, the JBL SRX715 Midrange Speaker - Professional PA System is built to perform in demanding live sound scenarios common in Kenya. This substantial power handling ensures ample headroom for dynamic musical performances, loud vocalists, and high-energy DJ sets, preventing distortion even at high output levels. This makes the SRX715 an excellent choice for bands playing at outdoor festivals in Nairobi or for venues requiring significant sound pressure levels, ensuring your sound cuts through any environment. When considering a complete sound setup, integrating these speakers with professional mixers in Nairobi will provide optimal control and signal management.
The JBL SRX715 Midrange Speaker - Professional PA System offers remarkable versatility in its deployment. It is designed for full-range use, but can also be bi-amplified for even greater efficiency and control when paired with appropriate crossover settings and amplifiers. The speaker features dual Neutrik Speakon® NL-4 connectors, wired in parallel, allowing for easy daisy-chaining and robust signal integrity. This straightforward connectivity is essential for quick setup and breakdown at events across Nairobi, saving valuable time for sound technicians and performers.
This inherent flexibility makes the JBL SRX715 Midrange Speaker - Professional PA System an adaptable solution for a wide array of audio needs in Kenya. Whether used as a standalone full-range system, as part of a larger PA setup, or as a powerful stage monitor, its consistent performance remains unwavering.
